Refund policy
The short version
If we got it wrong or it arrived damaged, we fix it at our cost. If you simply changed your mind, unengraved items can come back within 30 days at your own postage cost.
Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered
Send a photo to shopifyskalka@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We remake the order or refund it in full, including the original shipping. You do not need to send anything back unless we ask you to.
If you changed your mind
Unengraved and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can match the parcel to your order, then send it to the address below. You pay the return postage; we refund the goods within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us. The original shipping is not refunded.
Engraved and personalised items
Anything cut or engraved to your text, logo or dimensions is made for you alone and cannot be sold to anyone else, so it cannot be returned because you changed your mind. This does not touch your rights if the item is faulty, or if what we engraved is not what you approved — we send a proof before production, and what you approve is what we make.
Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from that right by law. The 30-day window above is longer than the legal minimum and applies on top of it.

Please write to us before sending anything — a parcel that arrives unannounced is hard to match to an order, and that delays your refund.
How the money comes back
Refunds go to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days more to show it than we take to send it.
Cancelling before we start
Because every order is made from scratch, you can change or cancel it free of charge until we start cutting — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Write to us and we will confirm.
