Who you are buying from

These terms apply to every order placed through this shop. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order becomes a contract when we confirm it by email, not when you click Pay. If we cannot make something — the run is too large for the deadline, or the artwork will not engrave legibly — we tell you and refund you in full.

Orders start at $30 in goods, excluding shipping and tax.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and include our engraving. They exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout, and exclude import duty and local taxes, which are covered in our Shipping policy.

Prices can change, but never for an order already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before making anything rather than quietly cancelling.

Made to order

Nothing here is held in stock. Production takes 3–5 business days before dispatch. Wood is a natural material: grain, colour and figure vary between pieces, and the same stain reads differently on different sheets. That variation is the material, not a fault.

Artwork you send us

When you upload a logo or give us text to engrave, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We engrave what you approve and do not check ownership. If someone else claims rights in artwork you supplied, that is a matter between you and them.

We may decline to engrave artwork where the rights are obviously not yours.

Proofs

We send a proof of the engraving before production. What you approve is what we cut. Once approved, changes mean a new order — the piece is already made.

Returns

Set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
