Making your order

Everything in this shop is made to order. Cutting, sanding, finishing and engraving take 3–5 business days before a parcel leaves us. Large batches and fully custom work can take longer — we tell you when you order, not afterwards.

How long delivery takes

Every parcel is tracked. Counting from dispatch, not from the day you order:

• United States — 7 to 14 business days
• European Union and United Kingdom — 5 to 10 business days

These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. Customs inspection and public holidays can add time, and neither is something we control.

What shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of your order and where it is going. You see the exact figure before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.

Minimum order

We take orders from $30 in goods. Shipping and tax do not count towards that figure.

Import duty and local taxes

Orders are shipped internationally. Our prices do not include import duty, VAT, sales tax or customs handling charges in your country. Where these apply, the carrier collects them from you on delivery and they are yours to pay.

We cannot quote the amount in advance: it depends on your country's rules, which change. If you would rather know before ordering, your national customs website is the reliable source. If a parcel is refused at delivery and returns to us, we refund the goods but not the shipping.

Addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will send it again once the postage is covered.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, write to shopifyskalka@gmail.com. We will chase the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we remake the order or refund it — your choice.
